Richard Hull Property Consultants has been established for over twenty years, with a track record that includes working with blue-chip corporations and businesses of all sizes.

Richard has acted for numerous corporate and private clients, mainly in the acquisition and disposal of commercial and industrial land and buildings, together with retail and residential development sites. With offices in London and Chichester, the main locations of activity include London, Docklands, the Home Counties, the South and South West of England.

Richard Hull started his property career in the early seventies with Chamberlain & Willows Chartered Surveyors in Moorgate. In 1981 he moved to Henry Butcher & Co, again working in central London, leaving as a partner in 1988. That same year he set up his central London consultancy.

Richard was one of the first appointed agents for the London Dockland Development Corporation. He was charged with transforming Millharbour and South Quay within the Enterprise Zone, now known as Docklands. He was subsequently responsible for the regeneration of fifty acres of industrial land, close to the Royal Docks.

Richard is also a consultant to:

• Nash & Partners in Chichester, a multi-disciplined practice covering all aspects of property and architecture.
• Chace PSL, a property maintenance company based in North London.

He is a voluntary director and trustee of St Wilfrid’s Hospice (South Coast) Ltd in Chichester.
